Help me give my students the supplies needed to clean our recently repaired Chromebooks. Our students are servicing hundreds of Chromebooks at our school site and have sadly run out of cleaning supplies.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students learn that part of the Chromebook repair cycle includes returning a repaired Chromebook back in a much better condition than they found it. Returning a charged and clean Chromebook is a required step that students get excited about. This is in hopes of giving students that brand new feeling/open box experience that promotes great customer service. However, because we are servicing hundreds of Chromebooks, supplies run low pretty quickly. We are at the point where most of our students are now certified Dell technicians and so they are cranking out more than 20 Chromebooks a week. Because of this, cleaning supplies are so crucial in closing a repair ticket.
