Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students have wholeheartedly embraced soccer, not only as a game but as a powerful tool for personal growth and sportsmanship. Through soccer, they find motivation to excel both in the classroom and on the field, fostering discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.
At our school, we are committed to cultivating leadership academically and in life.
One of the ways we empower our students is by providing them with voice and choice during recess and our monthly club day. Soccer Club, one of our student-selected clubs, reinforces the values of fair play, resilience, and collaboration. However, to continue enriching this experience, we need goalie gloves, cones for drills, and certificates and awards for participation.
Your generous contribution will directly impact our students, enabling us to provide them with the best possible soccer experience. These opportunities not only enhance their athletic abilities but also shape their character and prepare them to tackle challenges beyond the classroom.
