My Project
This project is to set the tone for the beginning of the school year with adventure themed decorations that includes signs, door decorations and bulletin board materials. It also includes some 3D printer filament meant to print sturdier designs that will last longer so fewer reprints mean less materials clogging the environment and waterways.
In addition, it includes some special items to create tactile classroom posters that showcase the Expanded Core Curriculum (ECC) that is vital for students with visual impairments.
These items include: doll clothes showing dressing for business vs. casual, orientation and mobility that may include a white cane or guide dog as seen with the figures/dolls, independent living skills like cooking shown with the pots and pans, etc. Final items are to restock the treasure box for the last few weeks of the school year and this includes the novelty toys and Disney stickers.
