My Project
My students are working hard on developing their phonics skills and need engaging decodable text to reinforce their skills.
They get so excited by the "thrill of the skill" as they are learning new phonics patterns and want to read more and more books! These new decodable chapter books are written by an Orton Gillingham certified instructor to meet the needs of struggling readers, especially for students with dyslexia. I love the idea of chapter books that are accessible to struggling readers, so they don't feel like they are reading "baby books." Thank you for considering my project to help me give the next generation the right to read.
