Our Walk to Read and Walk to Math model allows for more students to benefit from new resources tailored to meet their individual needs.
Our students are so special. Even through a pandemic, they continue to work hard and give it their all. They never complain and they never give up despite any challenges that may stand in their way.
We love their drive and effort so we will continue to give all of ours.
My Project
Can you believe it's already December? The year 2020 has been anything and everything but easy or normal. In fact, one of the few areas that has remained consistent for our students is SCHOOL! We are blessed to be able to continue in-person learning.
Whether it's supplies for holiday crafts or math manipulatives to help reinforce number sense, our students will have fun creating and learning with these new items.
Creating a conceptual and pictorial understanding of number is key for early learners. The number bond and ten frame whiteboard paddles will allow students a risk free zone to practice part-part-whole concepts in a small group setting while the place value foam board will give students the opportunity to actually build models for numbers greater than 10.
Students will also be creating a number of holiday keepsake crafts that will be treasured for years to come. Everything from handprint canvas wreaths to several precious ornaments, will adorn our walls and halls.
As we near the end of this year, the purchased items for our 4 Kindergarten classes will certainly DECK THE HALLS AND WALLS around our rooms and their families will be able to have sweet memory projects that are sent home too! Our students will continue to thrive thanks to amazing donors like you!
