it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Justyce McAllister, the main character in this amazing novel is at the top of his class and ready to attend an Ivy League College. It doesn't matter how well he does when he ends up in handcuffs! He left his rough neighborhood and entered a Utopian upper-class University, but he cannot find his way through the ridicule of the rich and the pull of his former life.
This novel challenges students to delve into the world of institutional oppression, discrimination, and racism.
