My Project
Anxiety can be a barrier to communication. More students and adolescents are identifying as having issues with anxiety. They feel the need to develop better coping skills to deal with problem-solving issues related to their anxiety.
The goal of this project is to use age-appropriate materials from TPT to improve students' coping strategies and problem-solving abilities related to anxiety.
The TPT gift cards will be used for age-appropriate materials and prompts to discuss students' anxieties about school and life.
As an Equity Focus school in San Leandro, our students are special because they are a group of diverse language learners from predominantly economically disadvantaged families.
