Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students deal with many stress factors from home life to testing and everything in between. The items in my project will allow them to develop coping strategies as well as create a better school experience for all.
My goals are to have students learn to use fidgets and items in this project to de-escalate and help manage big emotions.
Learn to get along through play and create a safer more enjoyable school experience.
The chair will be a destress center in my counseling office. Students and staff may use it as a center to manage stress.
