it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Thank you everyone for taking the time to fund our project! This is to help students of mine that are interested in an afterschool activity that they can be with their friends and have fun. This project is centered around the roleplaying game: Dungeons and Dragons. I want to use this game to have my students collaborate with each other, analyze situations and adapt to fantasy/real-world problems. This game also features probability (math), persuasion (language arts), and encouraging all players to bring out their creativity as we immerse ourselves in a fantasy story.
This project will let me be able to create a club that will let my students' personalities be shown as we collaborate, problem solve, and have fun in an afterschool environment made just for them.
Some of my students were excited that I brought physical dice for them to use for our first session of play. I would love if I had the opportunity to make their fantasy world dreams come to fruition. Thank you again for helping me with my students!
