This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These materials will be used on a day to day basis to support student learning!

Many students do not have the means to purchase new school supplies.

By having all of the necessary materials in my classroom already, students are able to easily access whatever they need. This means no one has to go with out or be worried that their supplies are not as nice as someone else's.

I work with English language learners. On top of learning content, they are also learning an entirely new language. They use notebooks on a daily basis to work on their writing skills as well as for interactive activities to promote language development.
