My students need a current iPad that is compatible with the required software for our new "class pet," Dash, the robot! Help us be able to code and learn through technology!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are enthusiastic and passionate about learning. We love project based learning and design thinking. We are also very collaborative and enjoy working together. This year we are focusing on choosing kindness when we interact with each other and on having growth mindsets when we encounter obstacles in our learning.
Our school and classroom represent a diverse community of learners.
We have fourteen percent of our school on free or reduced price lunch and twenty-two percent of our school has limited English. We have many different languages and cultures represented on our campus which allows us to grow and learn from one another.
My Project
Our class was lucky enough to receive funding for a recent Donorschoose project where we received a Wonder Bot named "Dash." We are currently in a conundrum; however, because the iPad that the school district has given our classroom is outdated and doesn't support the software that we need to download in order to use Dash properly!
Your donation would be used to purchase a new iPad so that the software and applications that we are able to use will no longer be outdated!
We can also use our iPad for many other things in the classroom besides coding such as making movies, creating QR codes, and much, much more! Help us to get the technology we need to grow our passions!
