This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a kindergarten teacher for newcomer ELL students. My students benefit from very structured routines and procedures as well as easy visuals.

The colored folders will help students differentiate which folder is used for what and will help parents find it easier at home.

The sheet protectors will go inside and hold their daily behavior charts. We do write the rooms every Friday and I do not have much storage in my classroom. The pocket folders will be great for storing the weekly cards to grab fast and easy. The finger reader will be great for students who have ADHD or need extra help focusing on the words we are reading.

Lastly, the zipper pouches will be used to hold games and other daily items that the students will use and help make things easier. Students can look at the colors of the zippers and also prevent boxes from breaking.
