Help me give my students the supplies that they will use on a daily basis! The pencils, crayons, markers, and laminator will be used for practicing tracing and writing. The folders and pencil cases will be used for organization.
Due to large class sizes, my students are transitioning into my classroom after the start of the school year. All the kindergarten teachers are trying to make the transition as smooth as possible. My future students come from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. There are a number of languages spoken. I want to create a classroom environment in which students know their learning is valued and necessary.

My Project
All of these materials will be used on a daily basis. The pencils, crayons, and expo markers will be used to practice tracing, writing, and drawing. They laminator will be used to make practice sheets, labels, and activities. The folders will be used to sort their school work. The pencil cases will be used to organize their pencils, scissors, and crayons. Students will be expected to be responsible for all their own supplies.
These materials will help students practice the skills they learn in school and take responsibility by organizing their own supplies.
With these materials, my students will have what they need to begin school.
