I have seven awesome students in 2nd-3rd grade. My class is one of three classes in our district for students with autism. We love learning! My students are visual, hands-on learners who deserve the best academic experience possible.
We spend our days learning about academic subjects, social skills, and we all mainstream into general education classes to further our social skills and make new friends.
Our school was the 36th school, internationally, to receive STEM certification, and we are a STEAM school.
My Project
My students need daily snacks to refuel their brains and energy! My goal is to provide my students daily snacks throughout the school year as I have done in the past. Many of my students are unable to afford snacks everyday. No child deserves to go hungry! Snacks such as combos, cheez-its, and pretzels are some of my students favorite snacks. Fruit snacks, cheese puffs, and applesauce are a healthy alternative for students to pick from. Cheese balls and chips are another favorite among our students. We appreciate your support!
