My Project
My students are an incredible group of who will always be lifelong learners. They are kinesthetic learners, which means they learn best by doing! On a daily basis, my students participate in various art projects that require them to cut, paste, color using bright bold colors, paint and draw as a way to make connections to their weekly lesson.
When students are offered colorful writing and drawing tools, we stimulate their creativity and to encourage self-expression.
Each day, my students start their day with morning meeting, which requires them to use Expo Wet-Erase markers to fill in information that relates to the writing tasks. My students also use their whiteboards and Expo dry-erase markers to practice their writing skills using dry erase markers. To maintain organization, I will need to have storage contains to keep them organized and for easy access for my students.
I love seeing my students make academic gains and I hope that I can continue to do so by providing them with learning activities and materials that will allow them to be motivated and to be actively involved in learning.
