This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach in a Life Skills room and more than anything the kids try to prove how independent they are. Although they fumble with their daily activities, they continue to try until they succeed and they do it with a smile. Their main goal is to make the teacher smile.

My students deserve to get new items along with a new teacher, aka me, next year.

I want my children to graduate high school and be able function without everything being handed to them

My Project

The students' perform daily activities, such as cleaning and cooking, and the current utilities are beginning to dull, rust, and no longer function. The kids deserve new supplies.

The children deserve to have good and working items that assist them in achieving independence and everyone, disability or not, needs some stress relief.

The items were thought of with the needs of each individual child in mind.

The items chosen are for the children to perform activities of daily living, such as cleaning, cooking, calming down after the chores are done. Help me provide for my kids. The kids love to please their teachers and when they're duty is complete, they should have some relaxing tools and techniques.
