Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These classroom charts and journals will be used to start each and every school day. The charts will enhance the print and visual-rich classroom I hope to create. Students will begin their day on the carpet learning about the calendar, counting, letters of the day, etc..

Every student will have their very own language and phonics journal that they will use all year long to follow up what we learned during carpet time.

These materials will be used to build basic but necessary skills for my students. As struggling learners, my students will appreciate the ease of use, the predictability of activities and routine of using these charts and journals each day.
