This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am thrilled to request your help for our upcoming Cybersecurity Conference for middle school and high school students. Students from across the school district, private, and charter schools will be invited to expand their knowledge, learn skills, and network with fellow students and community members.

My primary goal for this project is to provide an enriching and educational experience for our students.

The specific items we're requesting will play a pivotal role in achieving this goal and making a lasting impact on their learning journey.

The table covers will not only add a professional touch to our event but also help us create welcoming and organized spaces at the entrance and in the exhibit hall/career fair area. These areas are crucial for networking, interactive learning, and exposure to potential career paths within cybersecurity.

Our conference is designed to be a comprehensive experience, featuring inspiring speakers, informative workshops, certification opportunities, engaging panel discussions, and a thrilling Capture The Flag (CTF) competition. To recognize the outstanding achievements of our students in the CTF, we plan to use the shirts and gift cards as prizes and incentives. These incentives will motivate them to push their boundaries and excel in this competitive aspect of the conference.

We hope that by the end of this conference students will have learned new skills, earned IT certifications, networked with professionals and each other, and renewed their motivation to become Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, and IT professionals.
