This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My after school club is interested in making custom made merchandise for students and staff as a token of appreciation and rewards. Every month students are rewarded for doing good deeds in the school building. Besides giving certificates, it would be great to give students water bottles, journals, etc with their names on it.

The Cricut machine will allow my students to create personalize rewards for other students in our school community.

It's a win win situation. Students are learning to give to others while creating personalize rewards. The students receiving these rewards are students going out of their way to be good citizens in the school community. Giving them a reward that is personalized would mean a lot.
