My Students

My students are a group of enthusiastic learners! My English class is filled with creativity and problem solving. In order to foster growth, our classroom needs technology to support the 21st Century learner in our fast paced world.

My students need a classroom library to call their own!

Having the choice of what to read is key.

My students are an energetic group that likes fun and challenging problems. The students are a group of diverse 8th graders from a suburban school containing approximately 900 students.

My Project

My kids love to read, but finding the right book in a short amount of time can be tricky. With a library of their own they can freely pick a book to read during class time or take home with them.

These books will create a connection between my students and their parents through the love of reading.

This classroom library will improve reading skills, create lifelong learners and readers, and teach that there is more to than just school and work.

Reading is a great escape to another world where we can pretend to be whomever we want to me when we are in that world.
