My Students

I am so blessed to teach these amazing students! We have a diverse population of students in our school, many coming from all over the world! The many languages and cultures of my students add to an enriching, caring and positive classroom environment. It’s quite powerful to see students from so many backgrounds collaborate and learn in the classroom!

Each and every day, I am overwhelmed by the courageous and tenacious spirits I see in my students as the rise to the challenges they face.

I am very proud to be their teacher and am so excited for what lies ahead for them in life!

My Project

A lifelong love of reading is one of my most important goals I hope to foster with every one of my students. My hope is that with high interest books and cozy seating, they will be encouraged to read for enjoyment and learning!

These fantastic books were chosen with my students’ interests in mind!

They were instrumental in choosing titles, authors, and topics that appealed to them. These books will provide many years of reading time for future students as well.

My students are so very excited to create their very own classroom library. I am thrilled and grateful as well.
