My Project
My students have been working hard on researching various cultures that have immigrated to America. They then have identified ways these cultures affect our community today. To showcase this, my students will be building a model of our
community to create a visual representation of where these cultures food, clothing, instruments, and traditions can be found.
This popsicle sticks, skin toned markers, tin foil, glue, Paint, and textures will help my students create a model of our community that they will feel proud of showcasing. My students are excited and eager to expand their learning through this hands on project. They will be deep diving into a specific culture and presenting with trifold boards to parents and families.
