This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am asking for donations to get culturally diverse books that reflect the rich variety of voices, backgrounds, and experiences in our world. Representation matters, and it’s important that readers, especially young ones, see themselves in the stories they read with the requested flashlights and also learn about lives different from their own.

Your donation will help us build a more inclusive collection that celebrates different cultures, traditions, and perspectives.

Every contribution, big or small, brings us closer to a classroom library that reflects the beautiful diversity of our community. Thank you for supporting this important effort!
