Cultivating the 6Cs With Chromebooks

My Students

My class has been exploring how to put forth their best effort in learning and working on developing a Growth Mindset. They love to try new things and explore different avenues of learning.

My students strive to use communication, collaboration, creativity, citizenship, character, and critical thinking in their every day learning.

They are continually learning and growing every day.

My Project

For my project, I am trying to acquire 1:1 Chromebooks in my classroom. Right now, I have 27 students and I currently have 18 Chromebooks. I am trying to slowly build up my inventory so that each student has access to a Chromebook.

In today's educational world, students are in need of access to technology.

We use Chromebooks for several programs such as Adobe Spark, Google Classroom, Lexia, I-Ready, and many others. Providing Chromebooks to each student will allow me to be innovative in my teaching and allow students to grow in their learning with all the technology programs offered to my students.
