My Project

Embark on a transformative journey with me as I integrate the profound teachings of Breathe for Change (B4C) into our educational community. Breathe for Change has not only reshaped my personal perspective but has also ignited a powerful passion for teaching within me. Following my completion of the intensive 200-hour training with B4C over the summer, I've been driven to spread this enlightenment to my fellow educators.

My vision extends beyond the confines of my school building; I aim to extend this professional development opportunity to all music teachers within our district.

One poignant moment during a loving-kindness meditation encapsulates the profound effect of these practices. A colleague expressed heartfelt gratitude for the reminder to extend the same love and compassion we give our students to ourselves. This exchange epitomizes the transformative power of B4C in nurturing empathy and self-care among educators.

The benefits extend to the classroom, where students are experiencing remarkable shifts in their emotional well-being. Through simple practices like breath awareness and loving-kindness exercises, students report feeling focused, calm, and confident.
