My Project

As educators, we are passionate about nurturing our students’ minds and their connection to the natural world. Our vibrant school garden serves as a hub for curiosity, exploration, and hands-on learning. However, to elevate its impact, we need your support!

How Specific Items Enhance Learning:

Potato Grow Bags: These bags allow students to observe the entire potato growth cycle, learning about soil health, root systems, and sustainable agriculture.

Tomato Planter with Trellis: Students witness pollination, photosynthesis, and the importance of trellising for healthy tomato growth.

Stackable Planter: Space-efficient vertical gardening teaches resource optimization and companion planting.

Plant Labels: Transforming the garden into an outdoor classroom, students practice scientific observation and identify plant species.

Hanging Baskets: Students study pollinators, create insect-friendly habitats, and appreciate biodiversity.

3-Tier Planter: Showcasing soil layers, students explore composition, water retention, and earthworm roles.

Our Goals:

Hands-On Learning: Students apply science, math, and teamwork skills by tending to the garden.

Environmental Stewardship: Fostering responsibility for the Earth through sustainability and conservation education.

Community Engagement: Garden workdays unite students, parents, and community members, celebrating our rural roots.
