Cultivating Creativity One Project at a Time

My Project

I work with 40 Title I students in Rural Arizona. I am an ELA and Social Studies teacher. My students come from all backgrounds, and they all learn in their own ways. One thing I have noticed in my years of teaching is how much creativity helps open students' brains.

I believe that art is a wonderful way to reach all learners, and I want to stock my classroom with art supplies so that they can learn creatively.

These supplies would allow me to support students to grow creatively. This is so important for students of all ages, but it is especially important for upper elementary. I believe that giving students the tools to be creative helps them be more successful in all aspects of their educational careers.
