More students have chosen to take culinary for many reasons, but more so since COVID-19. Students often are needed to help carry the supplies from a car up to the classroom and having a dedicated utility cart for our class will make that workload much more efficient for all my students. Having new aprons for the class will help give them pride in their appearance which will help them to have more pride in their culinary skills, especially when we are presenting. Having more upgraded oven mitts will also help show our students that I am listening to their needs and these resources will help them to improve their culinary skills.
