Culinary Geography Storage

My Project

Culinary Geography is an interdisciplinary course that develops appreciation and understanding of food’s central role in the geographic, cultural, social, and economic lives of all people throughout history. After studying the agriculture and history of a country, we learn the culinary techniques of that cuisine and cook dishes from that region. This year, we'll be studying and cooking food from Turtle Island, Mexico, Italy, Morocco, Japan, and Cuba.

This year our school doubled the number of sections of Culinary Geography offered!

While more students have the opportunity to participate in this hands-on course, this also means I need double the amount of equipment and ingredients for students.

My current knife block and storage bins only have the capacity to store half the students' kitchen tools and food ingredients. Your generous support of my project will allow me to safely and cleanly store all students' culinary equipment.
