Cubby and Quiet Room

Help me give my students a place to store their belongings and find calm. Each of my students needs a Command Hook to hang their coats and a Durable Storage Bin to store their hats, gloves, etc.

My Students

My students are just awesome! As simple as that - just awesome! They are the most curious and inquisitive group of children you would ever meet. They may be young but don't let their age fool you into thinking they're not ready to use the tools they have and apply the new ones as soon as they learn them!

Despite the hardship many have already experienced these little wonders are ready to learn and most importantly - to take care of each other!

They put a smile on your face and a spring in your step each and every day. Please, help them develop the skills necessary for their success, for their future.

My Project

We don't have a place to leave our belongings! I am in a process of changing my storage room into the cubby area that will also double up as the quiet/calm area for my young students. Please help me transform this uninviting room into a peaceful calm place where my students can find comfort and calm. The rainy season is here and it's going to get muddier and yuckier outside. My students have only one cubby space of 12"x 12" each. We try to jam everything in there - the backpack, the extra clothes (we still need them in PK), now jackets and soon outdoor shoes. Each of my 20 students need a Command Forever Classic Metal Hook that is strong enough to hold their coat and backpack, Wipe Your Paws Door Mat (we love puppies and kittens), 20 Durable Storage Bins to help them become independent, responsible, and keep their belongings together. I chose the Junovo Indoor Area Rugs for Home Decor, Sound-insulating Carpet in calm colors in order to use this space as a quiet area for those students who at times get over-stimulated. (When the project is complete we will remove the door to this area.)
