My Students
When you walk into my classroom, you will see creative and innovative students. My classroom motto is, "It's okay to think outside the box." Students are growing up in our ever-changing world and need the important chance to think freely in multiple and varied ways.
Thinking outside of the box is not something that every teacher enjoys, but the reality is that not all students fit inside the box.
My classroom is a safe haven for all students to learn.
My Project
Having a location for students to place their homework will help have them have a "home base" for their assignments.
Students in my classroom this year are lucky to have two teachers of the year that they rotate between.
Going from one room to another can be challenging at first so I want to make sure they are as organized as possible.
With this communication center, students would come in and the first thing they would do is place their completed work in their spot. That way there is no question about where something goes and what needs to be taken home.
