Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are incredible little humans with big dreams. As a Title I school, many of my kids come to class carrying more than just backpacks, they bring hopes, challenges, and a genuine desire to grow. One of the most powerful tools I use in my classroom is goal tracking. When my students can see their progress, celebrate small wins, and reflect on their growth, they become more confident, motivated learners.

Right now, we need a classroom laptop to help bring those goals to life.

With a computer available, my students will be able to track their academic and behavior goals, check in daily, celebrate milestones, and take ownership of their learning. It will also allow me to create individualized goal charts, access digital tools that motivate them, and provide immediate feedback, something that makes a world of difference for young learners who thrive on encouragement.

This laptop will help my students see that their effort matters and that they can accomplish anything they set their minds to. For many of my Title I babies, having a consistent, digital way to monitor their success builds confidence, responsibility, and pride.
