My Project
We have a light table, and we are always in search of more hands-on manipulatives for our STEM learning experiences! My preschoolers love to touch, build, explore and problem solve with the light table. We use it throughout our school day, for morning experiences & provocations, literacy, math and content! We would love to add clear crystal blocks to our light table experiences and practice counting, sorting and much more!
The light table is a fantastic way to entice young children to play because it engages their sense of sight, makes regular activities more fun, and can be used in a million different ways.
We hope to become financially literate preschoolers this school year by exploring numbers, counting and learning the value of things.
These transparent acrylic crystal blocks come in different shapes are a unique building set for light table exploration as the light shines through each piece. The smooth surfaces and edges are ideal for sensory learning. Primary shapes help develop mathematical understanding of basic geometric forms while irregular shapes inspire creativity and patterning. Please help us add these engaging blocks to our learning set so we can explore while counting, building, sorting and much more!
