This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Using foods as a rewards for learners can be motivational tools but with careful consideration. Incorporating food rewards can create a positive association, making the educational experience more enjoyable. This positive reinforcement can enhance motivation, encouraging learners to actively engage in there studies. For instance, a small snack or special treats could serve as an acknowledgement of the students efforts or accomplishments. By choosing food as a rewards in the learning process can be a motivational strategy when applied thoughtfully. With these items educators like me can create positive learning environment.
