Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The red heart yarn will help them complete many projects to have several items for their last 2 pop up shops of their middle year. During the club the girls enjoy snacking while creating items and having small talk about what their school day looked like and the projects they plan to start soon after they complete their current one. Some of this yarn will go directly towards the girls as a graduation gift and the snacks will be distributed between the after school club and the girls pop up shop to give complimentary snacks to those who purchase any items. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps me help my crochet crew. We are extremely appreciative! We will greatly appreciate any donation that goes towards our project. I want to make this experience memorable being as my 8th graders are going to high school in September. Help me give them a great ending for their middle school experience and being a part of the crochet crew.
