Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students LOVE to be prepared. They always ask for time to organize their materials, they have to know what is going on each moment of each day, and they completely light up when they are given quality school supplies. I've also noticed that when our classroom runs low on supplies, my students' spirits tend to run low as well. I understand that, because as adults we definitely do our best work when we have everything we need to get started.
This project will fund classroom basics that are critical for students to be supported and have what they need.
Things that seem so simple, such as glue, clipboards, and colored pencils are supplies that my students depend on to support their learning every day. A donation to this project is a donation to classroom efficiency and increased student learning.
