This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach students who are d/Deaf, HoH, CODAs, as well as those who are hearing.
I have always wanted to have a Cricut in my art class to help my students explore new, innovative and fun art projects.
Many of my students struggle in and out of the classroom and art is a great outlet for them to explore their imagination with materials they would not have access to at home.
Additionally, this resource is great for students who have delayed fine motor skills who need assistance cutting. With the Cricut machine and Cricut accessories, these students can get the extra help they need while still enjoying the art making process along with the other students in the class.
