Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students arrive each day with smiles on their faces, ready to do their best in class. I teach in a K-5 elementary school in an urban school district with over 800 students and a diverse population. All of the students at my school receive free lunch. Our school district has been experiencing financial difficulties for many years. However, we have great students, dedicated teachers, and administrators who work together to make our school a happy and safe environment for everyone.
My Project
I am asking for a Cricut Maker Machine that I can use in the classroom. The Cricut will allow me to create classroom materials to use during my lessons. I can create anchor charts, flash cards, and other resources to help my students learn.
The Cricut will allow my students to use their creativity to personalize our classroom and their materials.
It can be used as a motivational tool along with the school-wide behavior plan. Students can personalize and print labels, signs and other decorations. The accessories will allow us to create projects using different materials. There are so many projects we can make with the Cricut and accessories.
Please help me provide a Cricut for my students to help create an engaging and friendly atmosphere in my classroom.
