Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Inspired by the World Cup Matches happening a short distance away, cricket is slowly becoming a very popular sport in our area. In addition, an increasing number of students from parts of the world where cricket is played are coming to my school. These cricket sets will give them a chance to help make new friends, share a bit about their culture, and play a sport that many know about but never get the opportunity to all while staying active.

My students love an opportunity to share their culture and at the same time try something new, exciting and fun.

With your help, I can bring this game to our school and provide a great activity to my outdoor Physical Education class.
