Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
School is about to start and I am already thinking of the many fun days ahead. Most times my group of special needs students don’t participate in spirit days because: 1. they don’t have the clothes to coincide with certain days or 2. it can be too costly for their families. We can change that for them. With your help, I can create designs and shirts for them that will highlight their personalities in a way that for most students and staff in the building hardly get to see. Give my students a chance to shine during the many upcoming spirit days and birthdays.
As many of you know as well, technology is used a lot in school.
We always need headphones for those students that won't come in with their own. These headphones help block out extra noise and students are able to focus more on the work in front of them.
