This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love tinkering and learning by creating. This project will allow my students to build on their knowledge of science, technology, engineering and mathematics without using a text book.
These Lego kits are such an engaging way for my students learn how to persevere to solve problems.
They also learn how to work with peers and to ask for help when they need it.
I love watching the "light bulb" moment. When they make a new discovery or connect prior knowledge to what they are working on I remember why I am a teacher!
