I teach 4th grade ICT, which means I have students in a general Ed class as well as special needs students. We are a title 1 schools and my students come from low income families. I love where I teach because I know I'm making a difference. My kids need love, and attention. I try and provide as much fun in the classroom as I can, but without basic supplies like pencils, crayons and even markers it is hard to complete simple projects. Please help me give my students all the opportunities that I can!
My Project
My students need supplies in order for them to create project based activities in the classroom. During the school year we use a lot of crayons, markers, pencils, glue etc to complete simple everyday projects. My students don't have the necessary means to buy these supplies and I usually pick up as much as I can. Markers and colored pencils are not only used throughout the day to color and draw but even for math! We use different colors to show our thinking, write out our steps, and correct our mistakes. Please help us get the necessary materials we need to complete our everyday work!
