My Project
I have the pleasure of teaching twenty-seven incredible fifth grade students. Their talents and interests are as diverse as their backgrounds. Sometimes it's difficult to find an activity that will engage all students.
Using special paper for cyanotypes, students will participate in hands on activities that make them think about elements of science, math, and art.
Students will also be engaging in the natural world around them while creating these masterpieces. Because the paper uses the sun to develop the picture, it gives us an opportunity for more outdoor learning.
The teachers pay teachers gift certificate will allow me to adapt quickly to student needs and interests. Additionally, the files and filing crate will help me to organize and distribute student work.
