This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
During the winter months, our students don't go outside for recess. I would like to have materials readily available so that they can still have fun and be creative during the winter months. The goal of this project is to provide materials for my students to use during indoor recess. These materials will help continue to build our school's CARES values. Students will be able to collaborate with their classmates, be responsible for taking care of materials, and be steadfast when they need to try again or redo a piece of art.
Having these resources will boost my students' confidence and get their creative juices flowing all while having fun!
