My Project
As I begin my journey, teaching fourth grade I have grand dreams of an over-full library where students can follow their dreams and dare to be different through reading.
Books have brought so much comfort and enjoyment in my life and I want books and reading to do the same for my students.
Because my school is a tittle 1 school my students may not have access to books or a verity of books. I want my classroom library to have a verity of books that my students will enjoy. Reading should bring about enjoyment.
Books open minds, and allow students to journey to far-off places
I will use chapter books to stimulate a love of reading. The books I choose will help all students make connections and learn about students just like them. My student will learn that everyone one goes through hard times and those hard times can make use stronger.
