This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school aims to empower special needs students by teaching financial literacy through a hands-on, career goals in action. This project will provide students with practical life skills in managing finances, making economic decisions, and operating a business, helping them prepare for independence and post-school employment.

To make this project engaging and accessible, we propose incorporating sublimation materials into the program, allowing students to create and customized products such as water bottles and tumblers.

This real-world experience will enhance their understanding of budgeting, sales, and profit while fostering creativity and self-confidence.
