This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have to say that my students are curious tinkers. They love hands on learning activities that challenge them. I am always amazing at the things that they can create and the problems they can solve while using materials that inspire their creativity.
I give my students something to build or a problem to solve using STEM materials.
The hands on learning approach helps my students to recall what they are learning and allows them the opportunity for discussion with their peers. STEM activities help to build teamwork and pride!
