Creative Reading and Writing

Help me give my students different sensory objects to experience reading and writing in class.

My Project

My students are excited to learn and work really hard during school. They love to learn and they love to play. The more hands on activities we do in class, the better the students learns. Many of them have become great friends. The playdough and letter stamps will help the students learn how to build new words and practice the words that they have learned throughout the school year. The headphones will be used during iPad time for those students that do not have headphones or their headphones have broken. Using headphones helps the students listen to the activity they are working on and not get distracted by others around them. The sitting pillows will be used when there is free sitting during I-pad time and during center time when they are reading books or writing books. The pillows give them different sensory feeling when working on something out of their original seats. The gift card for Teachers Pay Teachers will be used to create activities and projects throughout the school year with the class. The Teachers Pay Teachers will be used to create hands on centers also.
