Help me give my students much needed art supplies that will support their creativity and imagination. My students each year make a paper mâche Earth for Earth Day. The students take several weeks to build it.
Each year we look forward to creating works of art around the holidays for my student’s families. Each month their creativity blossoms. They look forward to each and every art project. This year we will be celebrating Earth Day with a paper mâche Earth. This is our signature project of the year. The students learn about landforms and water throughout the year. They work hard to create a beautiful Earth project to share with their families. We will use the glitter on art projects to add a little sparkle. The laminating sheets will be used for high-frequency word cards as well as art projects that we want to protect for years to come. My students are so special they are kind, loving, caring, and creative. They collect items for the needy and enjoy sharing hope with others. I share this with you to show you the love that they have for all those around them. Receiving this grant will bring so much joy in their little faces. They will put each supply to go use. Making others smile is always their goal!
