My Students
Class is filled with exciting and interactive, hands-on lessons. In order for our students to participate and express their brilliant thoughts and ideas, they were provided with supplies that would keep them focused and allow them to do activities. Unfortunately, we were faced with this unprecedented time due to COVID-19. Many of our students no longer have access to the supplies they need to communicate and express their thoughts and ideas when doing activities because of the lack of supplies they may have at home or have a hard time getting access to.
Despite all of these occurrences, our students continue to be engaged in lessons from home and manage to participate by using alternatives for the supplies they need to complete their assignments.
The continued effort being exhibited during remote learning deserves to be shown how much it is appreciated.
My Project
With access to these materials, my students can continue to be fully engaged during remote learning. Having manipulatives will allow them to be hands- on and display visual representations of the content. Hands- on activities, visuals and tactile objects are all important to my students, as it will foster their eagerness to learn.
Providing interactive lessons continue to motivate my students to learn and as a teacher, seeing motivation and success within your students is all that matters!
These materials requested will permit these scholars to be more hands on and engaged in each lesson. They get to see real life examples of word problems, express their creativity and practice their penmanship.
